This residential build required the subdivision of a 1100m2 block into two separate titles.

As part of this venture, Marque conducted all of the surveying, legal, access and drainage works necessary for the completion of the subdivision.

​

This process was undertaken prior to the commencement of construction works in accordance with council requirements and protocols.

​

After successful subdivision of the lot, Marque constructed three new dwellings on the site.

​

Marque also completed works on the existing dwelling in order to conform with updated council regulations.
