This commercial project involved the demolition and reconstruction of all wet areas and kitchenettes within a three-storey building.

This build included the implementation of innovative water-saving technology across all upgraded areas of the project.

The refurbishment of the after-trip and meal facilities involved working within a live environment in order to ensure little disruption to the building occupants and their day-to-day activities. 

 

This undertaking included construction not only during business hours, but also during nights as well as weekends.

Ultimately, Marque was able to deliver this live-environment project in a timely fashion and with little disruption to those operating within the building.
