Marque  undertook the construction of this 90 place childcare facility in Ryde which incorporated the heritage restoration of the Dellina Palm Cottage, and construction of a new 2-storey building with basement parking.

This project included the complete fit out of the centre including commercial kitchen, 3-stop passenger lift, 7 classroom spaces, 2 cot rooms, 3 nappy change rooms, staff offices and breakout areas.

The project further strengthened Marque’s early education portfolio outlining our ability to holistically understand a clients brief, deliver a project on time and to the client's complete satisfaction.
