Marque completed this high end residential dwelling in Elizabeth Hills during late 2017. 

Key features of this project include a rendered facade with zinc cladding and commercial glazing. The dwelling also features large open void spaces as well as bespoke joinery.

A focal point of the dwelling is the monorail staircase with an elegant frameless glass balustrade. The polished concrete floors downstairs and solid timber flooring upstairs add a touch of sophistication to this residence.
